As of today. Right now. I'm going to start beating myself into the best shape possible. I've been following the workouts on bodyrock.tv on and off for about 6 months now and now I want the push to actually stick with it consistantly.
So heres the challeneg I'm gonna chart my progress from now till Christmas, measurements, weight, diet, how I'm feeling...the works. I'll be following the bodyrock workouts along the way.
